Postatrial pacing ventricular refractory period, RYTHMIQTM and ventricular tachycardia response: "An Algorithmic Conflict".

The article describes the case of a 55-year-old man with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy with biventricular involvement who was referred for subcutaneous defibrillator (S-ICD) removal and dual chamber implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) implanation.
