Back to the Tribe: Exploring the Relationship Between Institutional Experiences and Native Students' Tribal Engagement and Identity.

The article investigates the relationship between institutional experiences and the desire of Native American students to give back to their tribal communities, as well as their sense of tribal identity. Topics include the challenges faced by Native American students in nonnative institutions, the importance of family and community support, and the impact of peer interactions on their higher education experiences.
