Abstract
- The article focuses on investigating the long-term sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection, known as postacute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC), with an emphasis on understanding the potential role of persistently infected cells in contributing to PASC. The topics include the use of a lineage-tracing approach in mice to track previously infected cells, the assessment of SARS-CoV-2 infection in various organs over time.
