Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in Chinese women. In recent years, with the introduction of precision therapy, immunotherapy has become a new treatment option. However, many patients still do not benefit from it, suggesting the need to find new targets and treatments. T-lymphocyte immunoglobulin and immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory template (TIGIT) is a novel immune molecule that has been found to be aberrantly expressed in a variety of solid tumors.
