Presents research which showed that the misexpression of the protein Short gastrulation (Sog) redistributes Decapentaplegic (Dpp) signaling in the Drosophila embryo. Effect of Dpp on Drosophila development; Role of the protein Tolloid (Tld); Diminishment or increase of Dpp activity; Importance of the diffusion of Sog; Role of the inhibitor Noggin.
