Abstract

This article evaluates Izod Impact Behaviour on E-glass fibre - reinforced with epoxy composite addition of new Buteamonospermafiller to ordinary GFRP epoxy composites. Materials and Procedures: Buteamonospermafiller is added in varying volume fractions of 10% and 20% in this research, together with an epoxy matrix reinforced by E-glass fibre. Hand lay-up was used to create the laminates. Result Following the results of the testing, it was determined that a composite with a 10% volume fraction of Buteamonosperma filler displayed substantial Izod Impact strength in comparison to plain GFRP laminate. The p-value for Izod Impact strength across and across groups is 0.000. (p0.05). Conclusion: E-glass fibre reinforced composite material with Buteamonosperma filler and plain glass fibre reinforced epoxy composites were made within the scope of this investigation. The use of Buteamonosperma filler increases Izod Impact characteristics; the 10% Volume fraction had greater Izod Impact strength than the composite with 20% Volume fraction added.
