奶牛新型饲料水培大麦苗 在不同水培天数下营养价值探究.

Abstract
- The study was to explore the nutritional value and harvest time of a new feed of dairy cows-HBS sprouting in the container. Samples were collected on the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th days after hydroponics to determine the plant height, grass weight and nutritional value. The partition of protein and carbohydrate was estimated using CNCPS. The digestible nutrient contents and energy value were predicted using NRC model. The results showed that with the prolongation of hydroponics days, the plant height and grass weight of HBS increased significantly (P<0.05). The content of crude protein, crude fat, neutral washing fiber, acidic washing fiber, crude ash, neutral washing insoluble protein, acidic washing insoluble protein, soluble protein, non protein nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, potassium, methionine, and lysine significantly increased (P<0.05). The content of PB2 decreased significantly (P<0.05), while other protein components increased significantly (P<0.05). The content of CHO, CA and CNSC decreased significantly (P<0.05), and CB2 increased significantly (P<0.05). The NRC prediction model showed that the content of tdCP, tdNDF and tdFA increased significantly (P<0.05). Assuming the planting period was one month, it was found that DM weight, CP and NELP content of HBS were the highest on the 7th day of hydroponics. The experiment indicates that considering the nutrient composition, energy value and the maximum benefit of HBS in planting cycle, it is suitable for hydroponics to the 7th day.
