Abstract

The camera system for monitoring the combustion in the cremator needs to work normally at a safe temperature. In order to predict whether the monitoring camera is in a safe state to work normally when the cremator is working, the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the endoscopic high-temperature camera system of cremator with air cooling are numerically studied by the ANSYS FLUENT software in this paper. The numerical simulation results show that the high-temperature camera system can work normally by only air cooling only, and the minimum compressed air flow rate required to ensure the normal work of the camera system under different wall temperatures is obtained. The research results have certain reference value for the design of the endoscopic high-temperature camera system of the cremator. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
