The shortage of reclamation materials for large-scale reclamation projects is resulted and has become a problem faced by infrastructure enterprises. Taking the successful use of crushed stone powder as supplementary reclamation material in the main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport three runway system project as an example, this paper introduces the organization and quality control process of crushed stone powder, which provides a reference for the material planning and supply management and quality control of similar projects.
