Coconut oil is one of the multi-purpose oils used in day-to-day life. Coconut oil has a greater demand in India and many other parts of the world. For a large scale industry, the supply of coconut kernel must be continuous, so as to reduce the downtime. Cutting the coconut in to exact round/required shape is one of the main parameter for oil production. When it is done in human hands, the shape of the coconut kernel is not according to required level. If the shape exceeds the desired limit, the dry coconut kernel becomes second grade. The main reasons for development of the project are to cut the coconut into exact round shape and to reduce the time consumed during the cutting process.
