我国港口放开夜航限制有关问题研究.

In order to advance the night voyage (ship entering & leaving port at night) of China's ports in a safe and orderly way, the background and significance of carrying out night voyage in ports were introduced. Based on the case study of the terminal, the improvement range of port and terminal utilization rate by liberalization of night voyage was studied; based on accident statistics, the risk differences between day and night voyage were studied. It is concluded that China's ports have the favorable conditions for further liberating night voyage. On this basis, the principle of scientific demonstration, strict control, adjust measures to local conditions, accurate measure, gradually promote were put forward, which can be used as a reference for related departments and enterprises in China to promote the work of port night voyage.
