Abstract
- The article discusses research published in the 2023 issue of the journal "Nurse Education Today" which adopted visual ethnographic methods to explore how compassionate care is taught within the pre-registration nursing curriculum by nursing lecturers. The study identified representations of compassionate care that include reciprocal and relational response, compassionate people, curriculum, constructive feedback and compassionate culture.
