Conscientious objection and the separation of the right of resistance or civil resistance (in Hannah Arendt and Celso Lafer); of civil disobedience (in Thoreau); and nonviolence (in Norberto Bobbio). Sometimes they are concepts used as synonyms or similar. Each brings, however, a different origin, a theoretical, historical and methodological reference.
