Development of selection software based on medium-sized injection molding machine.

In this paper, the selection software of medium-sized injection molding machine was developed. Firstly, through the introduction and analysis of injection molding machine of a company, the selection range of this selection software is determined, and based on this selection range, the selection principles of this series of injection molding machines are introduced. Secondly, according to the analysis of enterprise needs, the selection software system is designed, the system function modules are divided, and the selection software is divided into six modules: user management, information input, database, program scoring, information display, and system maintenance management. Thirdly, the algorithm of the selection software was discussed in depth, and the BP neural network expert system was selected to guide the software development and the database was designed. Finally, design and develop the function module of the selection software, complete the software design, and pass the function test, which proves the feasibility of the system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
