Design of control system for automobile lampshade production line.

As one of the important automotive interior and exterior decorative parts, the quality of the automobile lampshade directly affects the lighting effect of the lamp. In this paper, aiming at the problems of complex manual operation in the original production line of automobile lampshade in a company, the intelligent transformation was carried out, and a design scheme of automatic production line control system of automobile lampshade was proposed. Firstly, the production status and existing problems of the original manual production line was analyzed, and the production process of the production line after automatic transformation was put forward. Determining the production process of the production line after the intelligent transformation, the overall design of the mechanical scheme and the control scheme were carried out.
