Apuntes sobre la formación literaria de personas privadas de libertad desde la Universidad Católica Santiago Guayaquil.

The objective of this work is to develop a diagnostic process to determine the current state of literary education in the context of distance education for persons deprived of liberty (PPL hereinafter) at the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil. The students who are part of the project aspire to social reintegration, to study a university career, and to improve in particular their reading comprehension and, consequently, their literary education. The research was carried out through surveys and interviews with students, the recommendations of teachers and directors who are related to the training process, with the possibility of being actively involved in the project. Results are expressed on the recognition of the PPL with potentialities to develop the training process, the level of presence as a tool for the university training of the PPL and the recognition of distance education as a fundamental tool for university training.
