Separation principle of time varying delayed perturbed uncertain systems.

In this paper, we establish a separation principle in the practical sense for a class of time varying delay uncertain perturbed systems with a delay perturbation and an independent delay perturbation. Furthermore, based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, we study the possibility to stabilize globally in practical sense by an estimated state controller.
