Abstract

In this study, we synthesize Pd NPs by laser ablation in liquid with a wavelength of 532 nm and two energies of 360 and 800 mJ, and study the difference between them. In XRD diffraction, the crystal size increases by 21.7 and 24.21 nm, while the morphology of the Pd nanospherical in the TEM and SEM see average particles 19.4 and 27.5 nm, UV–vis spectroscopy showed the highest peak of absorbance 294 and 309 nm with energy band gap decreases 4.04 and 3.75 eV with increase laser energy.
