Abstract

Accurate prediction of gas reservoir productivity is directly related to the effective formulation of development plans. Geophysical logging can directly obtain reservoir information from the wellbore, and effectively characterize the parameters related to productivity, such as porosity, permeability, and oil saturation, so the industry pays much attention to the research on logging prediction of gas reservoir productivity. After systematically investigating the literature reports on gas reservoir productivity prediction methods at home and abroad, the main controlling factors were briefly described that affect the gas reservoir productivity, and four common reservoir productivity logging prediction methods were summarized, such as logging curve feature method, mathematical statistics method, gas production index method, artificial intelligence method. Finally, the applicability of gas reservoir productivity logging prediction methods was analyzed, and the future gas reservoir productivity logging prediction methods were prospected. Providing a certain theoretical reference for the future optimization of various gas field productivity prediction methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
