Abstract

Background: According to ESDM Decree No. 1827 K / 30 / MEM / 2018 Reclamation is an activity carried out throughout the stages of the mining business to organize, restore and improve the quality of the environment and ecosystem so that it can function again according to its designation. In supporting the implementation of reclamation activities, mining companies (IUP and IUPK holders) are required to provide reclamation guarantee fees placed before starting activities. Purpose: to find out the stages of reclamation activities from land arrangement to topsoil stocking, plan the cost budget and find out the total costs incurred in land arrangement and topsoil stocking activities precisely at PT. Energi Cahaya Indutritama, Palaran District, Samarinda, East Kalimantan Methods: The method used in writing is a problem approach in the form of taking materials, both in the form of theoretical basis and object data that are observed directly in the field. Results: Based on data obtained from the results of research and calculations that have been carried out, namely the productivity obtained by each tool, among others, excavator productivity 162.94 Lcm / hour, bulldozer productivity (structuring) 147.8 Lcm / hour, then productivity (stocking) is 278.96 lcm / hour and dumptruck productivity is 61.46 lcm / hour. Then with a processing time of approximately one month, the cost of land arrangement is Rp. 167,787,678 and the cost of stocking top soil is IDR. 167,942,936. Conclusion: The total cost of land use stage reclamation (land surface arrangement and top soil distribution) at PT. Energi Cahaya Industritama with an area of 2.4 ha consists of operational costs of Rp. 5,835,585, direct costs of IDR. 335,730,614 and indirect costs of Rp. 109,112,449.
