Abstract

Moreover, few works analyze phenomenology as developed in China (Jansen & Cai, [2]; Lau, [4]; Steinbock, [14]; Tani et al., [15]) and Japan (Altobrando & Taguchi, [1]). Thus, since postphenomenology can be seen as building upon the philosophy of technology and phenomenology (Mykhailov & Liberati, [11]; Zwier et al., [21]), it is clear that its development in the two countries follows a similar path, even if separated. China and Japan share many aspects in terms of technological development and philosophical background. [Extracted from the article]
