Metaverso: Possibilidades para um ambiente imersivo.

The article analyzes the proposal of Professor Scott Galloway, from New York University, at SXSW, in Austin, Texas, in April 2022. He criticized what Mark Zuckerberg, creator of Facebook, now Meta, presented as the future of Internet, saying that a metaverse based on virtual reality would not be viable. This idea has its reasons. One of them is the difficulty of implementing a visual structure to maintain the metaverse, in addition to the costs of the equipment needed to access it. There are other reasons to think that Zuckerberg's ideals are not the easiest and simplest to fulfill, which will be analyzed in the course of this exposition. Speeches by Zuckerberg himself, and people connected to him, and articles about the metaverse will serve as a basis for reflection, in addition to other relevant points to demonstrate how the idea can be considered plural and inclusive.
