Abstract

The objective of this essay is to discuss the attacks suffered by public school teachers by other workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, relating this situation to the process of precarious work that, in this particular period of capitalism, enhances the subjective constitution of resentment. To achieve this, a qualitative and bibliographical study is carried out, with references that include Dardot and Laval (2016), Antunes (2000; 2009; 2018; 2020), Alves (2007), and Kehl (2020). Composed of two central sections, the writing elucidates the process of precariousness that affects workers in capitalism and relates it to the constitution of resentment, which foments clashes between workers. From the discussion, the role of education in recognizing and strengthening struggles against the subordination of subjects to a work format that objectifies them is invoked, with humanization being the opportunity for change.
