Formación educativa y situación laboral de los bachilleres técnicos agropecuarios en los departamentos de Cordillera, Itapúa y San Pedro, entre los años 2016 al 2018.

As a general objective, it was proposed to describe the educational training and employment situation of agricultural technical bachelors in the departments of Cordillera, Itapúa and San Pedro, between the years 2016 and 2018. The specific objectives were: to identify the educational training and to know the employment situation of these bachelors. It is a descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional observational study, which revealed that young graduates in the departments of Cordillera and Itapúa, follow university degrees and are working in areas not related to BTA, mainly the female sex. Not so in the department of San Pedro, where there is a certain homogeneity between the sexes that continue to study and share the same employment status. It is recommended to further promote the management of knowledge and technology, strengthen technical training, encourage the participation of women and promote follow-up studies of graduates within educational institutions.
