Abstract

In this paper, the behavior of an argon inductively coupled plasma is investigated. Studies have been carried out by means of high-speed shooting of the process of ignition and combustion of unloaded plasma. The velocity of axial rotation of the plasma torch is estimated and the distribution of the intensity of the glow in the cross-section is analyzed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
