Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to establish human talent management strategies in the public sector. The research was developed under the quantitative research approach, two (2) instruments were applied aimed at describing the practices implemented in human management. The triangulation of the data made it possible to highlight the importance of articulating organizational management, labor flexibility processes, participatory culture and human development as fundamental pillars to generate value in public organizations; However, to face significant challenges in the Public Function, the insertion and appropriation of technology, the automation of operational tasks, the inclusion of information tools that will allow leveraging processes of change and transformation at the service of citizens are necessary.
