Agenda de costumes em processos democráticos: uma análise de projetos de leis propostos de 1989 a 2020.

This article discusses the role of evangelical benches in political institutions, analyzing the agenda of customs in the chambers of deputies between 1989 and 2020, and shows the parties that propose religious agendas. The work is methodologically supported by bibliographical research, as well as using quantitative data with the information available on the Chamber of Deputies website. As a result, 150 Law Projects (PLs) were collected, corresponding to guidelines that deal with the criminalization of abortion, Homeschooling, Gender Ideology and Family Statute. It was observed that at the beginning of terms of office, the numbers increased, showing an agenda of customs that denotes this traffic of religion in political matters. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
