Research and application of probiotics and their application in broilers production.

Probiotics are living microorganisms that are added to feed as supplements or additives. Probiotics can improve production performance of broilers, improve intestinal morphology, improve meat quality, regulate intestinal flora and improve feeding environment of broilers. The paper mainly reviews the probiotics commonly used in poultry production and their mechanism of action, summarizes the influence of probiotics added in diet on broilers production performance, to provide reference for further application of probiotics in broilers production.
