Abstract
- Change in therapy for her RCC, from pazopanib to carbozonib, resulted in complete symptom resolution, as well as improvement in the small bowel wall thickening seen on CT and normalization of her serum biochemistry. A 73-year-old female with a diagnosis of metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC), treated with pazopanib, presented with a 3-year history of persistent loose, non-bloody diarrhea with associated fecal urgency and incontinence.
