Abstract

Dear Editor, Sexual and gender minority (SGM) refers to individuals who do not identify as heterosexual (sexual minority (SM)) and/or whose gender identity does not align with their sex at birth (gender minority (GM)). Unlike previous literature on GM identity and skin cancer, the AouRP uses electronic health record data to confirm skin cancer diagnosis, reducing self-reporting and survivorship bias.
