Abstract

Kolibacia squamulata Gebler (Coleoptera: Trogossitidae) was recorded in China as a result of a study of the natural enemies of Monochamus saltuarius Gebler (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae), the vector of the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus Steiner & Buhner (Nematoda: Aphelenchoididae). Diagnostic illustrations are provided, and the biology, habitat preferences, and distribution of K. squamulata are reviewed. This species was found in northeast China, in the Pinus koraiensis forest in Tangtu Township, Fushun County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, China, in 2021. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
