Abstract: Duodenal stones formed during pancreas-kidney transplantation are usually associated with nonabsorbable sutures or staples. We report on the delayed formation of a struvite duodenal stone not attributed to foreign material, managed successfully with intracorporeal electrohydraulic lithotripsy. Copyright © 2005 S.
