Abstract: El Valle de la Luna is renowned for its extremely low humidity, including its near lack of precipitation. Northern Chile's El Valle de la Luna, the Valley of the Moon, is a landscape defined by wild geomorphic creations that include badlands, pinnacles, sand dunes, and dry lakebeds.
