Speaking system for deaf and dumb people using hand gestures.

The Speaking System will take the Hand gestures (Finger Movements) of the Deaf and Dumb people as an input and convert it into the audio output. The airing message is also broadcast as a voice message using the APR33A3 voice board. The voice is captured and played back through this speech board when a specific gesture is detected, and the corresponding voice is announced through speaker. To hear the voice from the voice board's input, a standard magnet speaker is employed. The main Objective of this idea is to help the physically challenged people in any Emergency situation.
