硅基清洗与钢材酸洗废液制备聚合硫酸氯化铁的研究.

Abstract

The silicon-based cleaning waste sulfuric acid with hydrogen peroxide and steel acid cleaning waste liquid with large amount of ferrous ions and partial free hydrochloric acid are used as raw materials. Then an appropriate dosage of iron oxide powder was employed.A new economical and efficient composite water treatment macromolecular flocculant polyferric sulfate(PFCS) was synthesized. The structure and composition of PFCS were studied by FTIR, XRD and XPS. The paper waste water containing 279.9 mg/L CODCr and 4.1 mg/L total phosphorus was treated by the product. When the additive amount was 800 mg/L, the removal rate of CODCr was 71.49% and the removal rate of total phosphorus was 99.02%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
