Abstract

Increasing the interaction between teachers and students and making university teaching more dynamic is an important objective, especially to increase students' desire to complete their courses. This paper presents the evaluation of an innovative initiative that combines a 'flipped classroom' approach with the use of apps such as Wooclap, Socrative and Kahoot to promote interaction between teachers and students. After introducing the context and motive for the initiative, the different elements of the educational proposal are presented, and the project's impact on academic results (performance and success) is analysed. The level of student satisfaction is analysed, based on a custom-designed questionnaire. The results show that in addition to a significant improvement in results, important changes are observed in the teaching-learning process, which becomes more active, cooperative and independent, while class attendance and student-teacher interaction also increase.
