The essence, attributes and actions of Allah are the most important expressions discussed throughout the history of Islam. There have been many intellectual conflicts with the Mu'tazila in history, especially about the attributes and actions of Allah. In this process, the group that stood against the Mu'tazila was the Ash'aris and Maturidis, whose umbrella was the Ahl as-sunna. Over time, new formations have joined these discussions and the subject of Allah's attributes and actions has been moved to other dimensions. Abdullatif Harpûtî is considered one of the most valuable scholars of the new science of theology. As a result of our research, we saw that the research on him was insufficient. For this reason, we found it appropriate to conduct a research on the attributes and actions of God in the period of New Science., we benefited from Harpûtî's book called Tenkih-ul Kelâm. Because his views on this subject are included in this book. The reason why Harpûtî wrote this book is that he could not find a source work addressing the subjects of his period. Therefore, this work sheds light on the views on the attributes and actions of God in the new era of theology. In terms of adjectives, Harpûtî went to a relatively different classification.
