Abstract
- The article focuses on the limitations and omissions in the reasoning of the "Quartet" of 2021–2022 Supreme Court decisions related to the major questions doctrine and federal government agencies' actions. The topics discussed include the Court's failure to provide adequate theoretical justification for the major questions doctrine, the alignment of the Quartet decisions with the Roberts Court's trend of structural incrementalism in separation of powers cases.
