Abstract
- The article reports several incidents involving Environmental Conservation Officers (ECOs) in New York. In one instance, ECOs responded to a report of a seal entangled in a gill net on Little Gull Island. They successfully captured the injured seal and transported it to a rescue center for treatment and eventual release.
