硫辛酸对肉鸡生长性能、 血清生化指标及屠宰性能的影响.

The experiment was to investigate the effect of dietary lipoic acid on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and slaughter performance of Ross 308 broilers. A total of 160 one-day-old healthy broilers were randomly divided into four groups, with four replicates in each group and 10 broilers in each replicate. The broilers in control group were fed with basic diet, and the test groups added 300, 500 and 700 mg/kg lipoic acid in basic diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 6 w. The results showed that there was no significant difference in average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed to gain of broilers in experimental group compared with control group (P>0.05). The total protein content and triglyceride content of broilers in 500 mg/kg group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), high density lipoprotein cholesterol content was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The activity of glutathione peroxidase and total superoxide dismutase of broilers in 500 mg/kg group and 700 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those in control group, the content of malondialdehyde were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding 500 mg/kg lipoic acid in diet can improve antioxidant function of broilers, improve lipid metabolism and production performance of broilers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
