ENDÜSTRİ 4.0'A ÖRGÜTSEL DAVRANIŞ PERSPEKTİFİNDEN BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR İNCELEME.

This study was conducted in order to determine how well the organizational behavior issues adapt to the process in the transformation that has been experienced with industry 4.0. In this context, the levels considering industry 4.0 and organizational behavior issues together in academic studies were evaluated. Regarding scope of the research, the studies in which industry 4.0 and organizational behavior issues were examined together were taken from the Web of Science database. The bibliometric analysis of the data that was obtained was performed through employing the WOSviewer 1.6.18 program. As of 02 May 2023, 21422 studies related to industry 4.0 have been identified in the Web of Science database. Only 546 (2.5%) of these studies were identified as studies examining industry 4.0 and organizational behavior issues together in the field of management. In the literature, it has been concluded that industry 4.0 is mostly studied with technical issues; organizational behavior issues, in other words, the human aspect, are in the background, and there is no parallelism between the speed of development of industry 4.0 and that of the studies regarding organizational behavior issues. Within the scope of the study, recommendations were made for future studies that industry 4.0 and organizational behavior issues should be studied together more. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
