Abstract

This thesis describes the importance of the influence of work life balance with the role of Organizational Support and Job burnout on Employee performance. This study results describe the improvement of managerial skills of stakeholders and the role of policy makers to limit overtime hours by encouraging employees to manage time management properly and effectively. In addition, support in the form of special assistance provided by the organization is one of the factors that influence Employee performance. This study develops the effect of Organizational Support on employee perceptions that have been carried out as needed and beneficial to work life balance and Job burnout with professional involvement that results in performance and responsibility in personal life and reduces conflict and is based on performance. The four variables were developed into 17 measurement indicators. There are 4 (four) hypotheses tested to analyze Employee performance in a BUMN in the oil and gas mining company. The research findings show that from the development of 4 (four) hypotheses, there are 4 (four) hypotheses which have been proven to have a significant and positive effect; and there is 1 (one) hypothesis that is not proven. From the resulting model, it has been proven that Organizational Support moderate the effect between work life balance and Job burnout. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
