Abstract

Reply: Neurosonography and magnetic resonance imaging for cytomegalovirus infection - integration of imaging modalities is key We thank Prof. Guibaud and Dr Massoud for their interest on our study[1] and their valuable insight into prenatal imaging of fetuses with cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. In our series, we included 95 fetuses with CMV infection diagnosed by polymerase chain reaction analysis of amniotic fluid obtained by amniocentesis and normal neurosonography at diagnosis undergoing fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
