Abstract

In small bowl, combine 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 small clove garlic (grated), and a pinch of salt. Scatter with 1/2 cup basil leaves (torn), crispy tofu, 1/4 cup toasted pepitas, 3 Tbsp roasted sunflower seeds, and 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
