Abstract
- Therefore, in 50 patients anaplastic lymphoma kinase inhibitors were discontinued: alectinib (4 patients), ceritinib (2 patients), crizotinib (7 patients) and lorlatinib (17 patients). Additionally, the patients received dexamethasone (8 patients), prednisolone (2 patients) and prednisone (1 patient). The patients, who had NSCLC, received treatment with anaplastic lymphoma kinase inhibitors including alectinib (18 patients), brigatinib (10 patients), ceritinib (12 patients), crizotinib (29 patients) and lorlatinib (26 patients).
