Blue Eyes Save Lives.

The article present case study of a 60-year-old Caucasian woman, a long-term patient in private practice (JS) with mass lesion of the ciliary body. It discusses the detection and successful treatment of a ciliary body malignant melanoma in a patient with brown eyes; challenges in detecting melanoma in the ciliary body during routine eye exams; the significance of eye color in detection; and the use of ultrawidefield imaging for diagnosis.
