Abstract
- The biochar was prepared by the high temperature calcination, the biochar@ CoFe2O4 was hydrothermal synthesized, was further used to activate the peroxy monosulfate (PMS) to degrade the ciprofloxacin (CIP) in the water, and explored effect of different biochai/CoFe204 mass ratio, PMS concentration, CIP concentration in the degradation efficiency of CIP ・ Based on the above, the degradation mecha・ nism also investigated・ The obtained results presented the mass ratio of biochar/CoFe2O4 was 1: 1 with the PMS concentration of 0・ 25 g/L have excellent degradation efficiency between the 5 ~40 mg/L CIP solution. It could be reused over 5 times with excellent activated property for the PMS and the CIP degradation rate reached to 80. 0% ・ In the process of degradation, sulfate radicals produced by the PMS with activation of biochar@ CoFe2O4 was the main degradation route of CIP.
