Abstract

• The previously unknown Si-containing heterocycles, derivatives of 3-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-4 H -1,3,2-oxazasylin-4-one were obtained. • The procedures are experimentally simple and allow for the cost efficient synthesis of these hetrocycles. • The structure new Si-containing heterocycles was proved by NMR and X-ray methods. The interaction of acetoacetanilide with diorganyldichlorosilanes Me 2 SiCl 2 , MePhSiCl 2 and Ph 2 SiCl 2 led to the formation previously unknown polyfunctional six-membered Si-containing heterocycles.
