Epistemologia e ontologia em Paulo Freire: uma análise bibliométrica.

The profile and characteristics of articles on the subject of "Epistemology and Ontology in Paulo Freire," which appeared in scientific works between 2012 and 2022, are presented in this article. It was done by a bibliometric examination of the literature using Paulo Freire's words for "Epistemology and ontology" as a starting point. The VOSviewer bibliometric software was used to evaluate and treat the data that had been collected. There are five steps in the article's structure. We concluded that there has been an increased trend in scholarly papers on the topic during the past five years, with a focus on 2021; this is due to the direct impact of Freire's ideas on works by writers like Delizoicov and Gadotti. We discovered that most Paulo Freire-related works cover the same subjects, including critical and problematizing education, the liberation process, anti-colonialism, anti-capitalism, and decolonial thinking.
