People who are able to understand and explain the religion of Islam are in a position in which they should know commands that are predicted by the Holy Quran and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). They should know well of the methods of communication that Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) used. Moreover, they should consider the structure of a person and develop suitable communication skills by considering his interests, desires and ambitions. Otherwise, it would not be possible to provide an influential example or message on the believers. In this study, the communication of Imam Hatip and muezzin kayyims, who perform religious duties under the service of the Directorate of Religious Affairs (DIB) with their colleagues and the society, especially their superiors in the provincial organization, is specifically addressed through the example of narratives. Muftis regarded as the first superiors of Imam Hatips who have just started their profession, institutions in their areas of service, principals, youngsters, middle and elder age groups, immigrants and their families are shown how exemplary communication should be. In addition, this study not only aims to examine the difficulties that religious officials face in this field, but it also proposes solutions to these problems. In order to strengthen the sense of belonging of the presidential staff, the responsibilities of the institutional structure and the duties/influence of the staff is highlighted. In this manner, being as "inviter" in religious sense, the religious officials will be carefully explained the utter importance of their task, which in turn enables them to cope with the possible problems they deal with. Moreover, this paper aims to guide religious officials who serve to preach Islamic faith, worship God, and better their moral principles even in the remotest corners of the country.
